To help your business, we stock a comprehensive range of printer parts and consumables. These can often be shipped by overnight courier when urgently required.
Take a look at the following ways we support our New Zealand customers.
This is often the best place to start. Sometimes a remote technician can have your printer back up and running within a few minutes.
This is usually enough time to diagnose the problem and agree to a course of action to repair or upgrade your printer if required.
For regular maintenance, technical or less time-critical repairs, you can send your printer to our workshop.*
Workshop repairs are often the most cost-effective solution for non-urgent repairs and can be faster as we will have the parts we need to hand.
* A 30 minute inspection fee may apply. Customers are responsible for shipping charges, and bear all costs & risks associated with delivery of equipment to our service location.
To keep production running smoothly, Accurate Labelling holds a range of loan printers*. These are available in urgent situations.

Accurate Labelling has a team of printer technicians covering most of New Zealand. Our skilled and experienced team can diagnose and repair your printer so you can stay in operation.
Our standard support rate is $110 + GST per hour.
Call-out and travel charges apply and will vary based on location.
In situations where Onsite Repairs are not practical, we can provide a loan printer to keep your production going.
